This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs the manner in which Marsoft, Inc. (“Marsoft,” “we,” “our,” “us” and similar terms) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users who use this website (the “Website”). Children: Marsoft does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Website is directed at persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use the Website. If Marsoft learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then Marsoft will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
