Dr. Arlie Sterling
President, Marsoft

Dr. Sterling, President of Marsoft, advises shipowners, investors and financial institutions on how to develop and execute effective investment, chartering and risk management strategies. Dr. Sterling has a Ph.D. from MIT, Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Nilanjan Sen
Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Nanyang Executive Education, Nanyang Business School

Dr. Sen is responsible for overseeing all executive education programmes run by Nanyang Business School, and is an Associate Professor of Banking and Finance (with an adjunct position at Cornell University). He is Director of the Nanyang-Berkeley Advanced Management Program and the NBS Executive MBA program. Dr. Sen received his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and was a faculty member at Arizona State University prior to joining NTU.
